Our Financial Services client are looking for a Delivery Lead to join them on a contract basis.

Collaborating closely with colleagues across Technology and throughout the organisation, you will help deliver safe and supportable services which underpin business processes.

You will help lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions within an Azure DevOps environment. Manage a team of Power Platform developers and ensure smooth delivery, quality, and alignment with technical and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery across Power Platform projects (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Manage and support a team of Power Platform developers.
  • Oversee Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and release processes.
  • Plan sprints, manage backlogs, track progress, and communicate status.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure solutions meet governance, security, and quality standards.
  • Promote best practices, DevOps automation, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a Delivery Lead or Technical Delivery Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Solid Agile delivery experience.
