  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow agreed processes and standards.

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong experience supporting users face to face in an office environment.
  • Confident supporting AV systems and live meeting room technology
  • Strong Windows and endpoint support background
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders.
  • Calm, pragmatic approach to problem-solving in live environments.

Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.

What the firm offers

  • A trusted, visible role with genuine autonomy
  • A mix of senior BAU support and project ownership
  • Budget for training, certifications, and required equipment.
  • A professional, collaborative working environment
  • Opportunity to further develop expertise across office technology and AV.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, visible, and trusted, and who takes pride in delivering high-quality support in a demanding professional services environment.
